Sweets by J & Jelly is inspired by our 2 daughters "J" & "Jelly", both whom inspire and motivate me to continually pursue my love for the Culinary Arts. Our love for Culinary Arts is heavily influenced by our love for music, our love for our cultural upbringing and heritage, and our love for family. With Sweets By J & Jelly, we are able to incorporate all of these factors, along with our passion for food, and pour it into these amazing desserts.

These delicious cheesecakes and other desserts not only helped me realize that I still have a passion for cooking/baking, but also that this talent should be shared with the world. A famous quote by Dr. George Berkeley said, “If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" Here at Sweets By J & Jelly, we share the same sentiment. Our quote "If you make the best desserts in the world and noone knows about them, does it make a difference. It is for these reasons that everything we bake and create is made with love.
